  As a small business owner, times can be rough. Cut my order to once a month and was told my prices are doubling then. And locked in for 4 years..what a terrible thing for a new business! Smh..won't be recommending

  Had my husband’s brand new suit cleaned. It came back with a stain on the sleeve that wasn’t there going in. Suit is dark and stain discolored it to a pinkish—red. My husband works in mortuary services: dark suits are the “uniform of the day.” One gets the idea, that because they are the only physical cleaner (the others contract out their services), the attitude is, “Take it or leave it.” They could have the whole Panhandle as customers if they fought as vehemently for proper customer service as they do for “This isn’t our fault, and we will die on this hill not accepting responsibility for poor service!” I’m so much more than disappointed! Won’t waste our money on them again.
