  We are leading the world in fusion technology and as the owner of this store I am responding to the negative review from a previous customer who lost her diamond. We sized her ring and did not touch the top of the ring so three weeks later she came in demanding we replace her diamond. She ripped off 2 prongs of a 4 head prong. I tried to explain that she had to hit something to do this but she was very obnoxious and unreasonable so I told her she had to leave and was barred from the store.
